So excited to share our catering experience that you and your wonderful staff brought to our daughters wedding. Every woman wants her wedding day to be a memory that they will never forget and in order for that to happen things need to fall in place easily, and you and your staff sure made that happened!

Luckily I knew Val and had tasted her wonderful cooking at a High School Reunion last year. So the plans to hire her began and she was so easy to work with. Our oldest daughter came up with the menu as she is also a chef. She and Val worked closely together and came up with the perfect food working with the Bride and Groom’s favorites. Val and her crew were a pleasure and worked in our home with the utmost professionalism and respect. All of Val's dishes had a perfect blend of seasonings and sauces. I could not get over the presentation of everything! Her staff served with a great sense of ease and the guests still continue to rave about the food. I can not count how many people said it was the best food they were ever served at a wedding! I would never consider using another caterer for any event. Val Thank-You so much. I still think about that day as the occasion did not just turn out good, It was PERFECT thanks to you, your staff and the wonderful food that was served!

I do hope, Val that you post the menu as it was not your usual wedding food and it just goes to show the talent you possess. Again people who attended the wedding still remark to me what wonderful food, service-the best they have ever had and I agree. Thanks for making our daughter’s day, a day we all remember with fondest memories
